This sculpture depicts the famous or depending on you view point infamous Orin Porter Rockwell, one of Utah most colorful characters of history.  Be he Angel or Demon he was always there to protect and defend his friends and community.  The title is in reference to the biblical parable of the Watchmen on the tower, defending against those that would destroy and molest.
